My Mission
I believe EVERYONE should have the best experience possible when it comes to labor and delivery. It will be my job to help the laboring mother and her husband or partner feel confidence during the whole labor and delivery. This occurs through education, preparation and understanding.
I want to empower every mother and her husband or partner through education by answering any questions and concerns they have without being biased. I believe knowledge is power, once you know what is going on in your body and know what could happen you might gain the peace of mind and the confidence you need to.
Bringing a baby into the world is a big task and I want to help you have peace of mind through the preparation that comes with bringing a new baby into the world. I want to help put your birth plan together, go over counter pressure, labor positions, and make sure you have everything you need for your hospital bags or anything else you may need for the big day!
At the end of the day I want to make sure you and I are on the same page. Nothing puts more stress on a mother than not trusting someone who is in the delivery room. I want to understand your hopes and dreams for your birth so I can do my very best to help you achieve that.
For me, it doesn’t matter if you are a single mother, planning on having a cesarean birth, or if you are a surrogate helping another family become a bigger family. Everyone should and deserves to have the best labor and delivery experience and it will be my complete honor to help you achieve that.
Packages
OPTION ONE

Contact me to set up a time and place to meet and from there we can discuss if you would like me to be your doula.

We will set up 2-3 meetings arranged to your liking that will take place when you reach the third trimester.
– We will go over questions and concerns you may have
– Go over your birth plan
– Go over breastfeeding/formula plan
– Practice counter pressure and labor positions
– Anything else you may want to go over
– You will also have access to any equipment I have that can help with labor and delivery

You will have access to me throughout your pregnancy.
-Once you are 38 weeks I will be on-call 24/7 until your baby is born.

Once you feel you are in labor I can meet at your home or the place you are planning to give birth.

I will be with you throughout the whole experience of labor and delivery until 2-3 hours after you give birth.

I would like to meet you in your home 3 days after you give birth to see how you and the baby are bonding.
– This meeting will be one of the 2-3 that we will arrange in the beginning

– I will be available to walk you through early labor over the phone if need be
